In 2006, as our Oregon clients began dealing with the Deficit Reduction Act, Ahlers was asked to develop a web application to assure that all Family Planning Expansion Program clients had provided proof of citizenship. Our web page is now receiving over 20,000 hits per month as the clinics confirm the eligibility date, proof of citizenship and income eligibility. If the client has not yet presented proof of citizenship the clinic staff can record the proof that was submitted, the fact that identification was confirmed and the physical location of the required documents.

Next Day Availability in a Format of Your Choice

You used to have to wait for monthly and quarterly reports to see if goals and protocols were being met. With next day availability of the reports you can make adjustments to goals and protocols as needed. Being responsible means being able to respond. Well, you've never been as "response-able" as you are now with Ahlers web-based reporting.

Need answers for quality assurance? Don't have time to audit charts? Just curious? Select a state, agency or clinic, then any time period you wish, make it comparative to the same time last year and generate the report. You may view the report as numbers or in graphic form, if you prefer. If you need to know which clients are included in a report line item, you may 'drill-down' to get the client identifier and visit date.

Some clients prefer to download a portion of their database and create reports with their favorite report writer. Ah, the sweet tyranny of choice! Now you can choose from four file transfer protocols including XML (Pretty soon after using the "Build a Report" software you will wonder what in the world you did without it.)
